Standard Return Policy Our standard return period is 30 days from the delivery date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same original condition that you received it.
- Final Sale: All pieces from our Final Sale collection, as well as Gift Bags and e-gift cards, are strictly non-refundable and not eligible for exchanges.
- Jewelry Sets: For Sets or Starter Set returns, the entire set must be returned as a whole. We do not allow exchanges or returns of individual items from a set.
- Non-Refundable Fees: Please note that for all countries, original shipping costs, taxes, and duties are non-refundable.

U.S. vs. International Orders
- U.S. Returns & Exchanges: We offer direct exchanges for U.S. orders. You will be responsible for the shipping fee when sending the item(s) back to us. However, we will cover the shipping costs to send the new exchanged item(s) back out to you.
- International Orders: Direct exchanges are not available for international orders. If you’d like to exchange your item, we will assist with processing the return and issue a refund or a store gift card, which you can use to place a new order. When sending the parcel back, please clearly mark “RETURN” on the package to avoid additional customs charges, as we are unable to cover them.
Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a broken or defective item, you must attach a clear picture showing the defect and describe the issue when contacting us. This allows us to quickly verify the issue and resolve it for you. Only partial refunds or replacements can be made if proper evidence is not provided.
Return Processing Time Once your package arrives at our facility, please allow 7 to 14 business days for us to process your request. Our warehouse team will verify the condition of the returned items. Once confirmed, we will notify you via email regarding your refund or exchange status.

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects for all Jeusol jewelry, including authentic gemstones and metals (such as 925 Sterling Silver, 18k Gold Plated, etc.). Please note that this warranty does not cover lost items, normal wear and tear (such as bent rings or scratched stones), or damages caused by improper use or storage.
