Product Characteristics and Handmade Disclaimer

Important Note on Handcrafted Items:

Our jewelry pieces are meticulously handcrafted using materials such as natural stones, crystals, resin, lampwork glass (e.g., our signature red mushroom designs), and organic elements like Toona sinensis.

  • Natural Variations: Because of the authentic nature of these materials and the artisanal crafting process, slight variations in color, texture, shape, and size are to be expected. These are not considered defects but rather unique characteristics that make each piece one-of-a-kind.
  • Image Accuracy: We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our products that appear at the store as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.

Modifications to the Service and Prices

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

Shipping, Customs, and Import Duties

We actively ship to markets including the US, UK, EU, Canada, and Australia. Please note the following regarding international shipments:

Due to the materials used and small components that present severe choking hazards, our products must be kept entirely out of reach of children and minors. We assume no liability for any injury, harm, or damages arising from the unintended use of our products by non-adults.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
