We offer worldwide shipping to most countries across North America, Europe, Oceania, and Asia. Wherever you are, we’re committed to delivering your jewelry safely and reliably. (Note: We currently do not ship to APO and FPO addresses.)

We are happy to offer competitive rates while ensuring fast and trouble-free deliveries:

  • For orders under [$50], standard shipping is a flat rate of [$5.90] for the US, and [$10.00] for international orders.

To bring you the best quality and value, our jewelry is securely packaged and shipped directly from our main fulfillment center in [Asia / Hong Kong / China]. This allows us to oversee production, gemstone selection, and quality checks closely while navigating international logistics efficiently.

Delivery times depend on your location and the items ordered. Generally, standard international shipping takes [7-15] business days. If your order includes a made-to-order or pre-order item, delivery will take a bit longer as we craft it specifically for you. Please note that delivery times do not include possible carrier delays caused by weather, customs, or busy holiday periods.

All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and official bank holidays. We recommend ordering early to get your magical jewelry in time for special occasions!

As soon as your order ships, we will email you a tracking number and a link so you can follow your jewelry’s journey. Please note: It can take up to [3-5] business days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system. This is completely normal—it just means your package is on its way to the carrier and waiting to be scanned.

Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

Our pieces make the perfect gift! All our jewelry is shipped in beautiful, secure packaging. To ensure a magical gifting experience, we do not include a printed price invoice inside the package.

If you add two or more items to your cart with different delivery times (for example, an in-stock item and a pre-order item), we will ship everything together in one beautifully bundled package once all items are ready. Your order will follow the longest delivery time listed. This mindful approach helps us reduce packaging waste and our carbon footprint. Tip: If you would like to receive your in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

In rare cases, a package may be marked as ‘delivered’ by the carrier prematurely, or they might have left it in a hidden location to prevent theft. Please check around your front door, porch, and ask your household members or neighbors. If you still cannot locate your order, please contact your local shipping carrier directly with your tracking number. If you need further assistance, reach out to us at [support@jeusol.com]. Please note: We are unable to offer reshipments or refunds on orders that have been officially marked as “delivered” by the shipping carrier.

Returns

We want you to be completely in love with your jewelry! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within [30/60] days of receiving your item. Please ensure the jewelry is unworn, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging. (Note: Final sale items and custom pieces are excluded.)
